- I will try my best during each training to bring the best out of myself and show positive motivation
- I will try to reduce anything that can harm my mental growth and physical strength
- I intend to conquer over all my fears through teachings of self- confidence and self-control in taekwondo
- I will support my community to build healthy environment through active involvement with the dojang
- I will use taekwondo constructively and defensively to protect myself and help others
- I will never use taekwondo offensively or abusively against myself and others
