2016 Chun's Memorial Competition

Family (more than one member) $30.00

No extra training schedule at this time.

Requirement:
Must be 3x a week member before requesting to participate. 
(If you are only 2 x a week but would like to participate at tournament, $50.00 extra fee to move up 3 x a week or more before competition)
Must have 3 month Sparring experience as a green belt.
Must know current belt poomse. 
Must write accurate height and weight in kg, pounds, cm, ft

Registration deadline Feb 12th. After this date, cannot guarantee that the forms will be registered on time due to Master Cecilia being away at 2016 Canada Open
